Here are typical price ranges for your first GSA Advantage! Price List Upload.

Your first Product Price List:

  • 1 - 50 Products:  $250
  • Up to 500 Products:  $350
  • Up to 2,500 Products:  $450
  • Over 2,500 Products:  Call For Details
Note:  If your Contracting Officer requires you to upload an accompanying Text File of your Price List which lists your Contract Terms and Conditions, or you decide to do so based on your business needs; please refer to the following Text File prices.

Your first Text File:

  • Between $250 and $450; subsequent Text Files will run $150 to $300.

Pricing Information For Consultation, Preparation, & Contract Specialist Services Top of Page

If the Contractor needs Consultation, Preparation Assistance, and/or Contract Specialist Services for his:

Price Lists; he can request:

  • Price List Consultation to discuss which:
    • Electronic Price Lists best meet his Contract business needs
    • Contract, marketing, and pricing materials should be included in his electronic Price Lists
  • Price List Preparation Assistance:
    • Electronic Price List content
    • Data and/or Document editing
    • File preparation
    • Price List assembly from multiple documents, PDF files, printed catalogs, database files, website pages, and presentations 
    • Conversion of a Microsoft Word document into a PDF
  • Contract Specialist Services to resolve Electronic Price List issues which may arise during Contracting Officer review

Contract Modifications; he can request:

  • Modification Preparation Consultation to discuss:
    • Contract Terms and Conditions
    • Manufacturer and distributor source file formats
  • Contract Modification Preparation Assistance:
    • Modification Content
    • Data Editing
    • File Preparation 
  • Contract Specialist Services to resolve Contract Modification issues that may arise during Contracting Officer review.

Quoted prices relating to each Price List Order and/or Contract Modification Order will be included in the display on SenSoft’s website review screen at the time of Contractor approval.
