Using SenSoft's web tools enables Contractors to manage their FSS Price Lists; remain compliant; and prepare for disasters.  They can:

  • Use their existing Contract, pricing, and marketing materials to create current, accurate, and complete Price Lists for Contract Modifications and GSA Advantage!.
  • Have at their fingertips: online help screens; toll-free help desk for real-time problem resolution; email communications; and real-time data and service computer reports.
  • Validate their work for compliance (i.e., Trade Agreements Act).
  • Track the details of their product offerings (i.e., shipping and packaging information, options and accessories, quantity discounts, and zone pricing).
  • Track Price History for every Product Part Number against their awarded Contracts.
  • Prepare Contract Modifications which include: manufacturer and distributor price lists; certifications; justifications; Authorized Price Lists; and Proposed Price Lists (these identify added, deleted, and cancelled products; price decreases; economic price adjustments up-to-and-over the Contract limit; all changes to products other than price).
  • Supplement their product and service descriptions with web-viewable spreadsheets, photos, graphics, logos, certifications, specification sheets, PDF files, printed catalog page images, presentations, web pages, and other product-specific information.
  • Show how they categorize their own products (what goes with what to assist Government Buyers).
  • Display current product inventory availability through the web.
  • Upon Contract Modification approval, immediately transmit their newly-Authorized Price Lists and associated graphics to GSA Advantage!.

  • Contractors, SenSoft help desk personnel, and Contracting Officers can have the same view of all Contract Modification and GSA Advantage! Price List data.
  • Contracting Officers can quickly and easily identify changes between current and previous:
    • Contract prices.  They can have at their fingertips computer reports which display, by manufacturer, each product price as it exists between any two Contract Modifications; and as it exists throughout a given year.  Also indicated are changes in product Unit of Measure and in the Countries where the products are manufactured.  Such reports can help busy Contracting Officers track:
      • Product price increase limits.
      • The number of product price increases per year.
      • Whether products were deleted then readded at a higher price.
    • Contract Modifications.
    • GSA Advantage! Price Lists.

SenSoft Submits Proposal to VA For National Item File Top of Page

VA Office of Acquisition and Materiel Management invited SenSoft to respond to a task order request to provide a proposal for innovative solutions for VA's National Item File (NIF). We put together an industry-leading team of experts to provide a solution for accomplishing the following goals and objectives that VA specified:

  • Replace VA's financial and logistical legacy systems (IFCAP and AEMS/MERS) with CoreFLS
  • Provide tools for VA's execution of recommendations developed by VA's Procurement Reform Task Force (PRTF), which addresses the need for standardized inventory and procurement data across VA
  • Identify all medical products and medical equipment available in the event of a national disaster
  • Provide a comprehensive NIF Database, a documented Data Dictionary, the ability to extract data elements from the NIF, and the ability to migrate NIF data in multiple file structures.

SenSoft Submits Response to VA NAC's RFI Top of Page

SenSoft responded to VA's Request For Information for a searchable database management system that was internet-based and contained records of all products and services under contracts managed by its OA&MM's National Acquisition Center (NAC) and primarily classified under Federal Supply Classification/Product-Service Codes.

  • The database would enable users to sort search results by the following parameters:

    • Contractor Name
    • Manufacturer Name
    • Manufacturer Part Number
    • Contract Number
    • Price
    • Classification codes such as:  UPN, NSN, NDC, UPC, VA National Item File, etc.

VA National Acquisition Center Uses SenSoft Services Top of Page

In addition to our numerous commercial clients, the VA NAC contracted to use our services.  Working from downloaded VA data files, we validated and converted price list data for approximately 40 Contractors. The result was that all files were success fully converted, clean, and well-organized. The project was done on time and at the designated fixed price.
