Analyzing Your Contract Prices
Whether you're a long-term Contractor or
a New Awardee; it's important that you keep your
Prices aligned with
the parameters of your Contract. Frequent Contract Modifications make
it difficult for Contractors to keep track of typical Contract stipulations such
as:

A product price increase limit of 10%
- 15% per year.

of 3 product price increases per year.

products cannot be deleted then readded at a higher

fingertips computer reports which display each product price as it
exists between any two Contract Modifications; and as it exists
throughout a given year. Also indicated are changes in product Unit of
Measure and in the Countries where the products are
manufactured. Contractors can use these reports to ensure Contract
Compliance and to be prepared for future Contract Audits.
Preparing Your Proposed Product Price
Lists
In an era of compliance, audits, and increased competition;
preparing your Product Contract Modifications can be challenging. Even
small errors can be costly and expose you to legal risks and significant
penalties. SenSoft provides a secure web service to help you manage
your Product Price Lists for compliance and
produce accurate Contract Modifications
for submission.
Here's how it works:
- You will:
- Send us your Authorized Product Price List
which your Contracting Officer has previously approved. You
must supply the Modification Number and Effective date that coincide
with this Approved Price List.

We will:

Process your Authorized Price List into our
online database.

You will:

Send us your Proposed Price List. Your Proposed Price List can be in the formats which you
received from your multiple manufacturers or distributors; we'll cleanse the data to
conform with your Contract specifics.

Send us your graphics (i.e., digital
photos) and Terms and Conditions if you plan to
use our Web Service to create accompanying GSA
Advantage! electronic Price Lists.
- We will:

Compare your Authorized Price List against your Proposed Product
Price List.
- Generate a computer report which identifies:

Contract Price History
-
Products (along with any Options and Accessories)
you want to add, delete,
or cancel

Product price reductions
-
Price increases, up to and over
your Contract limit

Changes to your Countries
of Manufacture
- Changes to your products other than
price
- You will:

Be provided with a complete Proposed Price List for your
Contract Modification submission to your
Contracting Officer.

Request help from
SenSoft should you need assistance with your Contract Modification
submission (either eMod or email
with attachments).

Supply your Contracting
Officer's approved Modification Number with corresponding
Effective Date.

- Immediately send your newly-Authorized
Price List, with associated graphics, to GSA
Advantage!.
