SenSoft is the secure web source for FSS Contractors who need to effectively manage their Price Lists for compliance, and prepare Contract Modification submissions.  Contractors are quickly able to increase product lines; adjust to price fluctuations; and divest products which are no longer available.

SenSoft knows that managing FSS Price Lists can be challenging for Contractors; especially in an era of audits and disaster preparedness. It is time-consuming, resource intensive, and easy to make mistakes given frequent product and price changes. Small errors can be costly and expose Contractors to legal risks and significant penalties. SenSoft helps Contractors:
  • Rapidly prepare their Contract Modifications whenever they receive new price lists from their manufacturers and distributors.
  • Add new manufacturers to their Schedules.
  • Give their Contracting Officers professional Modification submissions with confidence that they are accurate.

SenSoft is the web source for GSA and VA FSS Contractors to upload schedule products and services to GSA Advantage!. Our service complies with all of GSA's EDI file format and processing procedures; and is a single source for Price List and Text File management including:

  • Temporary Sale Price Lists
  • BPA Price Lists
  • Text Files with Terms and Conditions and prices, when applicable
Our web-based services have enabled a broad spectrum of Contractors to quickly and cost-effectively publish their latest product and service information on the GSA Advantage! e-commerce platform. Our clients are able to upload current, complete, and accurate Price Lists and Text Files with a minimum of hassle and technical experience.

Contract holders can prepare their Product Price Lists and Text Files from existing spreadsheets, database files, Word files and PDFs.  Photos, charts, tables, options, accessories, quantity discounts, and zone pricing are all handled via our web solutions. We assist firms of all sizes across all schedules, from small and disadvantaged companies to those on the New York Stock Exchange. We have assembled Contractors' multiple spreadsheets and documents into single electronic Price Lists and Text Files; and helped them resolve Upload issues that may arise during their Contracting Officers' review.

For ten years, we have been successfully uploading Product Price Lists and Text Files to GSA Advantage!. Daily communications via website, email, and telephone help desk, as well as focus groups and educational seminars have given us a unique perspective into the challenges Contractors face.

Due to events in the FSS community, our web Service alerts Contractors to the presence of 'Waiver Required' country codes within their Product data; inadvertent submission of products from invalid source countries can subject Contractors to substantial fines and penalties. These interactions, combined with frequent contact with GSA and VA personnel, allow us to proactively assist the Contractor community with Contract compliance issues.
