Catalog Preparation Services

There are times when contractors need catalog assistance which goes beyond our Do-It-Yourself and Valet catalog upload offerings. Contractors can request our Catalog Preparation Services to receive help with producing their catalog content, editing their data, and/or assembling their multiple files into GSA's single-file format. For a fixed hourly rate, we will construct paper and/or electronic descriptions of your products and services sourced from your contract documents, pricelists, photos, and marketing files. We'll even take information from your websites! We know that your contract data is compiled from various sources, so we happily accept:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• XML/HTML
• PDFs
• SQL database extracts
• Photo and graphical image file formats (jpg, gif, png)
• CSV files

We'll work with your data to create your GSA Advantage! product price list catalogs in Microsoft Excel format, and your text files in the GSA-preferred PDF format. Once the new assets are complete, you simply review the work online on our secure website. If you need to edit the files or use them for your next GSA Advantage! catalog uploads, just download the files from our site for next time. No mess...no fuss.
