Valet Service For Catalog Uploads

SenSoft provides valet service for contractors who want to simply send us their current authorized price lists which include contract Terms and Conditions and product or labor hour pricing.

Our catalog processing specialists will review your contractor materials and determine whether the data is complete and in the format required for processing. If your materials are complete, our specialists will enter the contract and contact information, required by GSA Advantage! and DOD EMALL, into our order form menu on your behalf. We'll then transfer your files into our system for processing.

Upon successful processing of your data, we'll display the completed product price list catalogs and/or text files on our secure website for your review and approval. Our service requires that you view, accept responsibility for data accuracy, and then approve your files before they are uploaded to GSA or VA Contracting Officers.

Contract Compliance

Contract compliance is your responsibility. Establish a written policy immediately that you will verify country of origin for all products and services you provide. Modify your contract to remove all invalid source items immediately. Republish your GSA Advantage! price list as soon as your contract modification is approved by your Contracting Officer.
