With the advent of GSA's mandatory Electronic Contracting Program, more and more contractors are requesting assistance with their electronic modification (e-Mod) preparation and submission into GSA's e-Offer system. Our contract experts help firms' authorized contract representatives obtain their two free digital certificates while we assist them with e-Mod preparation. A digital certificate simply enables the contract representatives to use the e-Offer system by electronically identifying the representatives and the web browsers they are using. Once the e-Mods are prepared, we transmit them into the e-Offer system and negotiate the modifications on the contractors' behalf. When the contractors receive their Contracting Officers' signature approval and new modification numbers, they use our catalog upload services to upload their newly-authorized price lists with any accompanying graphics to GSA Advantage!.

Modify your contract to remove all invalid source items immediately. Republish your GSA Advantage! price list as soon as your contract modification is approved by your Contracting Officer.
